Better Call Saul's time hopping plot could feature Breaking Bad's Walter White & Jesse Pinkman

In AMC's upcoming new series Bob Odenkirk is set to reprise his role as the loveable yet devious lawyer Saul Goodman from the fantastic Breaking Bad. When discussing the new show, it's creator Peter Gould, and executive producer Vince Gilligan, the man behind the original Breaking Bad talked about the possibility of many of the characters from Breaking Bad making appearances.

It's said that the show will shift between different periods of time, over the course of several decades and will chart many of Saul Goodman's varying escapades including his challenging working relationship with chemistry teacher come drug kingpin Walter White. Of the shifts Gould says "One of the greats things with having a timeline that's flexible is that perhaps some of it takes place before Breaking Bad, during Breaking Bad, and after Breaking Bad. This gives us the ability to bring back characters that were killed on Breaking Bad."

Breaking Bad was one of the most loved and critically acclaimed series of the last decade. The potential to return to that universe following one of its more likeable characters in Saul Goodman is an exciting one. Further to that the unique principal of a time hopping plot gives us plenty of chance to see our favourite characters from Breaking Bad return, this could mean, not only new story with the likes of Jesse & Walt, but getting to see Saul's other relationships with core characters bloom including the likes of Mike and Los Pollos Hermanos very own Gus. We're ready for more and can't wait to see the series when it launches in 2015.
